Third-Party Costs, Tools and Vendors
Some services may require third-party tools, vendors, software, subscriptions, domains, hosting, plugins, cloud services, payment gateways, ad platforms, stock media, event vendors, courier/logistics, talent agencies, influencers, creators, celebrity managers, or external service providers.
Third-party costs may be charged separately or included in the service scope depending on written agreement. Once third-party costs are paid, booked, committed, consumed, or allocated, they may be non-refundable and subject to the third party’s own terms.
Productive IT is not responsible for outages, price changes, policy changes, approval delays, account restrictions, service limitations, refund refusals, data loss, or failures caused by third-party platforms, vendors, tools, or service providers.
Brand Partnership, Celebrity, Sports and Influencer Services
Productive IT may support brand partnership services including sports partnerships, celebrity collaborations, influencer marketing, event promotions, campaign execution, brand visibility planning, and Brandtrove-related partnership pathways.
Partnership services may depend on availability, commercial terms, category fit, budget direction, approvals, campaign purpose, legal permissions, scheduling, platform rules, and agreement between the involved parties.
Productive IT does not guarantee the availability, acceptance, endorsement, participation, performance, public response, sales result, media reach, or campaign impact of any celebrity, sports personality, influencer, creator, talent, event partner, or third-party collaborator unless confirmed in a valid written agreement.
Any talent fees, appearance fees, influencer fees, celebrity fees, sports personality fees, booking amounts, travel costs, event costs, agency fees, or third-party commitments are subject to the terms of the relevant third party and may be non-refundable once committed.
Digital Marketing, SEO and Advertising Terms
Digital marketing, SEO, social media, performance marketing, content planning, and advertising services depend on multiple external factors including platform algorithms, market competition, user behavior, website quality, budget, campaign settings, content relevance, third-party approvals, and client inputs.
Productive IT does not guarantee fixed search rankings, fixed traffic, guaranteed leads, guaranteed conversions, guaranteed sales, ad approvals, campaign performance, or specific audience response unless expressly agreed in writing.
Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other networks is subject to the terms, policies, review process, and billing rules of those platforms. Productive IT is not responsible for platform rejections, account restrictions, policy changes, cost fluctuations, or ad delivery limitations.
Creative Design and Website Development Terms
Creative design, branding, advertising creatives, website design, website development, landing pages, service pages, campaign graphics, brochures, presentations, and digital collateral may require client inputs, feedback, revisions, approvals, content, brand assets, and technical access.
Design and website work is subjective and may involve multiple stages such as concept, structure, layout, content flow, development, review, revision, and final approval. The number of revisions, scope of changes, delivery format, and final output will depend on the agreed proposal or written scope.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving text, images, claims, offers, brand references, legal statements, product information, pricing, third-party content, and final published material.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Productive IT retains rights to its processes, methods, templates, frameworks, know-how, internal tools, strategy formats, reusable design systems, code snippets, concepts, drafts, working files, and pre-existing materials.
Final deliverables created specifically for the client may be transferred or licensed as agreed after full payment has been received and all dues are cleared.
Client-supplied logos, trademarks, images, product photos, celebrity references, written content, business information, and brand assets remain the responsibility of the client. The client confirms that they have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and approvals to use such materials.
Productive IT may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or case studies unless restricted by written agreement.
Confidentiality
Productive IT may receive business information, project details, access credentials, documents, campaign ideas, financial details, internal process information, or other confidential material during service engagement.
Productive IT will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential information and use it only for service delivery, support, communication, planning, and agreed business purposes.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, already known, independently developed, required by law, shared with consent, or necessary to share with third-party vendors for service execution.
Revisions, Approvals and Change Requests
Revisions and approvals must follow the scope agreed in the proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written communication. Additional revisions, major design changes, new pages, changed campaign direction, additional features, extra formats, or work outside the approved scope may require additional charges and revised timelines.
Client approvals may be requested for designs, website pages, content, campaign materials, creative assets, technical changes, partner shortlists, or other deliverables. Once approved, further changes may be treated as new work or additional scope.
Productive IT may not be responsible for errors or issues in approved material where the client has reviewed and approved the final version before publication or delivery.
Timelines, Delays and Client Inputs
Project timelines are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing as fixed commitments. Timelines may depend on payment, access, content, approvals, feedback, third-party availability, platform review, vendor response, technical limitations, and client-side cooperation.
Delays in providing content, credentials, approvals, brand assets, legal clearance, payment, or feedback may result in revised timelines, paused work, resource rescheduling, or additional charges.
Productive IT will not be responsible for delays caused by client-side dependencies, third-party platforms, vendors, technical outages, policy reviews, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Cancellation, Suspension and Termination
Productive IT may cancel, suspend, pause, or terminate services where there is non-payment, non-cooperation, delayed approvals, misuse of services, unlawful requests, abusive communication, violation of agreed terms, third-party restrictions, technical impossibility, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Clients may request cancellation in writing. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the project stage, work completed, resources allocated, third-party costs, written agreement, and applicable policy.
Suspension or termination does not remove the client’s obligation to pay for work already completed, resources allocated, third-party costs incurred, or services already delivered.
Refunds and Related Policies
Refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, service credits, and non-refundable costs are governed by Productive IT’s Refund & Cancellation Policy and any written proposal, invoice, statement of work, or agreement applicable to the service.
Because Productive IT provides customized, effort-based, consulting, technical, creative, digital, and partnership-related services, refunds are not automatic and may depend on work completed, costs incurred, third-party commitments, and written approval.
Clients are encouraged to review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before making payments, approving proposals, or starting service engagements.

Productive IT will not be responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, ad networks, social media platforms, payment gateways, software providers, vendors, event partners, influencers, celebrities, sports personalities, talent agencies, client-side delays, incorrect information, unauthorized materials, or failure to follow recommendations.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, Productive IT’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client to Productive IT for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law or agreed in writing.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
